Our supplement pages are commercial research pages. They evaluate specific products on formula, ingredient evidence, label transparency, price and safety considerations, and they contain affiliate links, which we disclose on every page.
A supplement product is not the same as its ingredients. An ingredient can have good human evidence for one use and none for another, and a finished formula is rarely studied at all. Every product page states which of these applies.
Product pages are published only once we have verified the formula, manufacturer and guarantee against the product label and sales page. Categories below list products currently under evaluation; individual reviews appear as they pass that check.
