How commissions and editorial content are kept apart

  • Product facts are verified against the label and the seller's page, and anything we cannot confirm is marked "not independently verified".
  • We do not accept payment to publish a review, to rate a product favourably, or to remove a negative finding.
  • Our evaluation states plainly when no clinical evidence exists for a finished product, even when the product's ingredients are well studied.
  • Earning a commission on a product does not prevent us from listing its limitations, side effects, interactions or cheaper alternatives.
